New Short Film Produced for Tour Planners
One of the country’s top Christmas Festivals is featured in a helpful short film produced by travel trade specialist company Steve Reed Tourism.
The long established Durham Christmas Festival – which this year takes place on 6-8 December – is considered to be ideal for groups and coach parties. To help coach and tour companies prepare for this festive treat, a film has been created by Steve Reed Tourism working in conjunction with Emma Hignett PR and the Durham Markets Company. Here’s the link to the film: https://youtu.be/8dy_K41L20o
‘It was a real pleasure to work with the tourism businesses in Durham City to focus on this ever so important annual set piece event,’ says Steve Reed.
‘It’s important for tour planners to plan early so they can reserve their places at the Durham Christmas Festival – and the film includes interviews with the Confederation of Passenger Transport [CPT] https://www.cpt-uk.org/ and also Northeast coach company Coatham Coaches https://www.coathamcoaches.co.uk/ as well as the Durham Markets Company.’
This spectacular event has the iconic backdrops of World Heritage Sites Durham Cathedral and Durham Castle and the film covers important details such as coach parking, the historic Indoor Market and the Festival Pavilion.
Steve Reed Tourism Ltd has produced a number of short films to encourage group visits to destinations, attractions and hotels around the UK. These include Southern Wales; East Lothian; Northwest England; Porthcawl and Bridgend County; Hull; Southport; Gilbert White House in Hampshire; Port Sunlight Village in Merseyside; Plymouth; The English Riviera and a film looking at the hotels of Daish’s Holidays around the country.
